ADAMHS Introduces Mobile Mental Health Units to Community

kiosk1   Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) has placed two kiosks in the community to help people improve their mental health wellness.  The kiosks aid in the early identification of mental health challenges which facilitates improved health outcomes.

The kiosks, located in the Job Center and the main library in Dayton, promote mental health awareness by screening for treatable mental health issues, and provide educational information along with connection to local behavioral health resources. Designed by Screenings for Mental Health in Boston, MA the kiosks offer access to nine screening tools for conditions like depression, anxiety, substance use disorders.
