Fiscal Year 2011 Application for Funding Guidelines

 

Application for Funding Files will be available on MARCH 12, 2010 

at the ADAMHS Board Web Site and the Agency FTP Site.  

 

Completed applications with one signed hard copy are to be submitted to Malinda Chaney and email attachment of completed application to mchaney@adamhs.co.montgomery.oh.us by APRIL 5th, 2010, BY 12:00 P.M.

Agency Funding Schedules for FY ’11 will either be emailed or faxed to agencies.

Time Line

March 12th, 2010 Application for Funding Files will be available on the ADAMHS Board Web Site and the Agency FTP Site. .
April 5th, 2010 Applications due back to ADAMHS Board by 2:00PM. Agencies will submit one (1) original hard copy and by e-mail attachment to mchaney@adamhs.co.montgomery.oh.us
May - June 2010 Approved Applications reviewed by Mental Health Services Committee.
May - June 2010 Approved Applications reviewed by ADAS Committee.
May - June 2010 Applications approved by Board.
